My name is Amy and I’m a life coach based in Brighton.
I felt the call to start Courage Truth Love and journey deeper into my self-exploration in 2015. Truth be told, this journey started much longer ago in my early twenties when I struggled and recovered from anorexia, bulimia and, finally, comfort eating.
Recovery was one of the hardest things I’ve been through in my life and it was only when I started to express myself and live life on my terms that I was able to develop a healthy, balanced relationship to food which is about nourishing myself and enjoying all the food I love.
This journey to self-acceptance and freedom from food addiction wasn’t a journey that I did by myself. I had some exceptional support from family and friends, targetted interventions with counsellors and, more recently, outstanding support from some life coaches.
It was through working with one coach in particular that I realised my deep desire to help others on their journey to greater courage, truth and love. And to do this, I’ve become a transformational coach and have supported many people to find their path in life.
