What does working with me feel and look like?
We’ll connect regularly (on Skype/FaceTime or in person if you’re lucky to live in the Brighton area!) and, through looking at your behaviour, feelings and needs, I’ll support you to explore how you’re looking to change and what it would take to step into the life you long to live.
You’ll get greater self-awareness, clarity on what you need to do and, from this, you’ll be able to reshape your life.
If you know where you want to be, great! If not, I’ll also support you to envisage that life and work out the steps you need to take to get there.
